All Nations Trust Company is Aboriginal owned. Shareholders are comprised of Bands, Tribal Councils, Aboriginal Organizations, Métis Associations, Status, Non-Status and Métis individuals.ANTCO is a provincially regulated financial institution with the fiduciary capacity to provide Trust; Agent; and Administrative services.
In addition to these services ANTCO is a source of capital for developmental business loans and consumer and commercial mortgages.
Current agreements in place with ANTCO are:
- CMHC Direct Lending Agent’s agreement;
- CMHC mortgage administration;
- Connectivity Project for BC;
- FCF prime contract for the FCF loan fund;
- FCF trust fund administration;
- Trust agreements between ANTCO/ANDEVCO for the administration of 6 development loan funds;
- Syndication agreement with Peace Hills Trust for Consumer mortgages;
- Trust agreement with NEDC for mortgages;
- Private Equity Partner in BC First Nations Private Equity Fund;
- and Ministry of Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation for Business advisory services
